Ted J. Dreyer

About

Ted is a partner at the firm. He practices construction law, insurance law, and municipal liability defence. He handles lien claims, trust claims, delay claims, deficiency claims, contract disputes, insurance coverage disputes, insurance defence, and building code claims.

Ted is the past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Grand Valley Construction Association.  He is also an executive director of the Council of Ontario Construction Associations (COCA).  Ted is also the chair of COCA's Construction Lien Task Force.  In 2015 and 2017 COCA awarded him the Cliff Bulmer award for his outstanding contribution to furthering the relationship between the construction industry and the Ontario government.

Ted is certified by the Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (ODACC) as an adjudicator for the purpose of the Construction Act.
