Nicole has successfully represented clients at all levels of the Superior Court of Justice. She has resolved disputes concerning the administration of estates and disputes between Estate Trustees, ownership or entitlement to property, the validity of Wills, and claims by beneficiaries. She also has experience in contentious power of attorney litigation, dependant's relief applications, passing of accounts by attorneys, estate trustees, or guardians, as well as guardianship applications.

In addition, Nicole's experience showing and training dogs provides her with valuable insight for dog bite claims, breeder disputes, and matters involving the Canadian Kennel Club. Nicole has successfully represented clients before Provincial and Federal Tribunals, including the Canadian Kennel Club.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate after her call to the bar in 2019, Nicole completed an honours bachelor degree at the University of Guelph. Nicole then completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude and completing the Dispute Resolution and Professionalism Option. Nicole developed her strong negotiation and advocacy skills through competing in various mediation and negotiation competitions, including the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris, France.
