Ted joined Bennett Grant as Counsel in 2022, following a lengthy career as a partner at a smaller firm in Waterloo.

 

Ted attended undergraduate studies at Wilfred Laurier University and attended Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the bar in 1984.

 

Ted’s practice is restricted to serving the needs of the agriculture community. Throughout his career, Ted has acted in the wide-ranging areas of law which affect farmers, including appearances before specialized tribunals dealing with Agricultural matters, civil litigation, family law, and succession planning.

 

Ted is a past chair of the Normal Farm Practices Protection Board and a former Referee appointed under the Drainage Act.

 

Ted’s interest outside of the practice of law include farming, travel, hiking, and spending time with his grandchildren.
