Erin is a litigation partner. Her primary areas of practice include insurance defence, as well as commercial and real estate litigation. Erin’s insurance defence practice includes a focus on municipal liability and professional negligence matters.
Erin has successfully represented clients before the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Superior Court of Justice. She has also been successful in defending corporate and institutional clients at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Erin graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Legal Studies and Political Science prior to receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor. Erin articled with Madorin, Snyder LLP and joined the firm as an associate following her call to the bar in 2016.
Erin was elected as a Trustee of the Waterloo Region Law Association in 2020.
Erin was born and raised in Waterloo Region, and now lives in Wellesley Township. In her spare time Erin enjoys travelling, spending time at the cottage, and trying new restaurants in Waterloo Region.
