PAMELA L. HEBNER

Pam grew up in New Hamburg, in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, attended high school at Waterloo-Oxford District Secondary School, and pursued post-secondary studies at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.

Pam obtained her B.A. in Economics in 1983 and was on the Dean's Honour List in the second and third year. In 1986 Pam graduated from law school with distinction, having made the Dean's Honour List again in her second and third year. While at law school, Pam was involved in the student legal aid office, and also worked as a research assistant to W.H. Holland in the area of family law. Following completion of law school Pam articled with the firm under the principalship of Frank Carere.

Pam was called to the Bar in 1988 and has practised law with the firm continuously since that date. Pam practices predominately family law, construction litigation and civil litigation. In addition, Pam has lectured on family law at Conestoga College and taught construction law in house for a private corporation.

Pam resides in Elora with her husband and two children. From 1990 to 1995 Pam served on the board of directors of Saint Monica House, a maternity home in Waterloo. For 2 years, from 1992 to 1994, Pam served as chair of the board. She is currently a trustee of the Waterloo Law Association.
